What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and motivated Personal Care Assistant to work within

our Nursery. This will be with children aged 2, 3 and 4 years old. Therefore, ‘full and

relevant’ qualifications would be required. Early years qualifications list: UK only - GOV.UK

• Do you have the skills and expertise to understand the needs of children?

• Do you have a proven track record of improving outcomes for all children?

• Do you have high levels of commitment to inclusion?

• Do you have sensitivity and understanding to build good relationships with

individuals and parents and carers?

• Do you have good communication skills?

• Can you consistently and effectively implement agreed behaviour management

strategies?

• Do you have knowledge of guidance and regulations around safeguarding?
