Temporary SEN Level 2 TA job summary

Eastfield Infant and Nursery School is a friendly school, committed to developing the whole child and enriching the learning experience of all. We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic SEN teaching assistant to work in our Nursery on a 1:1 basis, supporting a child with an Education Health and Care plan. This is a temporary, part time, term time only role working on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning from 8.30am - 11.30am. We are seeking a professional who: - Is able to support the personal development of the assigned pupil, enabling him/her to make the best use of the educational opportunities available to them - Is committed and enthusiastic - Wants to contribute to our creative team - Has a drive for excellence - Has a compassionate and caring attitude to working with children, parents and colleagues Experience of working with vulnerable children as well as experience of supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs would be an advantage.
