They will be skilled in enabling children to excel, be relentless in pursuing excellence and have the interpersonal skills to sustain positive relationships with all stakeholders. They will be interested in developing and innovating teaching and learning strategies to improve outcomes for pupils. They must have high expectations and secure subject knowledge. They should welcome collaboration with colleagues and be able to manage their time efficiently.
