As a trainee teacher joining The Kite, you can expect to join a trust team who will place your workload, professional development and personal wellbeing at the centre of all that we do. The trust is forward thinking, people and pupil-centred and we offer many unique and unrivalled benefits to our pupils and people.

The Kite Teacher Training hub offers all the benefits of being part of a large national programme whilst at the same time providing locally-delivered, school-based training in The Kite Academy Trust and The Mother Teresa Catholic infant and primary academies. We are able to offer placements across EYFS, including nurseries, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
