The college is a very happy and positive working environment. All staff are friendly and very supportive, we have excellent facilities and a superb environment to support teaching and learning and prepare our students for adulthood. Our ethos is ‘Better Never Ends’.

About the role:

We are looking for someone experienced to manage our transport team, which includes supervising and managing our team of guides and drivers and managing our fleet of mini buses. The ideal candidate will have experience of driving school/college minibuses or similar and be experienced in managing and supporting a team.

As the Transport Manager you will ensure that our minibuses are maintained and arrange cover for guides and drivers.

In the Driver role, you will cover some of our bus routes when required, so flexibility is a must.

Informal conversations are warmly welcomed. If you would like to arrange an informal visit please email: reception@hivecollege.org.uk.
