Trust Administrator job summary

Birmingham Diocesan Multi-Academy Trust is a West Midlands based multi-academy trust comprising of 18 primary schools and 1 secondary school across the West Midlands and Warwickshire. We are committed to providing high quality education for all the children in our schools through collaboration, challenge and targeted support.

Based at the Central Office the Trust Administrator will be an excellent organiser and communicator who will act as the anchor for our multi-functional central team / office. Over time we hope you will become the reference point for many accessing services and information from our Trust. You will provide support to the Trust across a wide range of areas including event management, administration, payroll and basic HR to enable the delivery of a professional and efficient service to the central team and all schools. Where hybrid working and diverse roles can present challenges we are looking for someone who can hold the heart of our team at Holy Trinity.

This unique position is an opportunity for the right candidate to grow the role and make it their own, becoming the keystone of the central team.

Responsibilities will include:

  • General Trust administration to include supporting the multi-functional central team with internal and external events, website and staff portal maintenance
  • Payroll and pensions support to the schools, central team and payroll processes administration
  • Providing generalist HR administration support
