What skills and experience we're looking for
Faith, Ethos and Christian Distinctiveness
- Lead and support Christian Youth Workers to grow Christian distinctiveness.
- Develop and embed an 'Archway Way' for Christian practice and vision.
- Provide expertise on the Church of England Vision for Education.
- Support collective worship, tutor time and faith formation activities.
- Providing pastoral support to the Trusts colleagues and pupils.
- Act as lead for the Trust as a Growing Faith Hub.
Training, Professional Development and Capacity Building
- Design and deliver research-led professional development for staff.
- Lead training on Church of England academy identity and ethos.
- Support SIAMS self-evaluation and improvement processes.
Strategic Leadership & Quality Assurance
- Develop and implement a strategic plan for Christian distinctiveness.
- Lead quality assurance across worship, formation and pastoral programmes.
- Use evidence-informed approaches to assess impact.
- Manage budgets and physical resources relating to Trust faith development.
Community, Church & Family Engagement
- Strengthen relationships between school, church and home.
- Enable the agency and voice of children and young people in shaping faith practice.
- Use social media and communication channels to share stories of Christian life.

Staff Conduct
