Trust Data Administrator job summary
You will be the first point of contact for data-related queries, working with colleagues in schools to manage student information, reports, assessments, timetables, and exam results. This role is central to providing leaders, staff, and families with reliable data that helps us support every student to achieve their full potential.
Key responsibilities-
Administer and maintain student data in the Trust’s MIS (Bromcom).

Produce and manage reports for assessment, attendance, behaviour, and safeguarding.

Support schools with timetable changes, admissions, and year-end rollover.

Work alongside Exams Officers to plan and deliver exam results.

Provide high-quality data services to multiple schools across the Trust.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of Trust-wide data systems.
About you
We are looking for someone who:

Has experience working with data in a school or similar environment.

Has strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.

Can analyse, interpret, and present data accurately.

Has excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Works collaboratively with colleagues and provides excellent customer service.

Shows attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to confidentiality.

Is flexible, proactive, and keen to learn and develop.
