Trust Data Officer job summary

Are you passionate about data and eager to make a real difference in education? As our Trust Data Officer, you will play a key role supporting the Trust Data Lead in transforming raw information into actionable insights. You will analyse, compare, forecast, and report on key metrics across our Trust - from student progress, subject performance, and learning quality to attendance and behaviour - helping drive continuous improvement and student success.

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with GCSE English and maths (grade C/4 or above, or equivalent) and experience in data analysis. You’ll bring exceptional IT skills, a solid grasp of data protection standards, and the strong communication skills needed to translate complex data into clear, meaningful information for a variety of stakeholders.

In return, we can offer a supportive working environment, with colleagues who care deeply, are experts in their fields and who are passionate about what they do. We also offer a range of staff benefits, and further details regarding our benefits and information about our Trust can be found here.

The Trust will be undertaking a job evaluation exercise in the near future and, therefore, the grade for this position may change.
