What skills and experience we're looking for
- 3-5 years’ experience in managing Estates and Facilities.
- Qualification in Estate Management / Construction / Facilities Management.
- Excellent understanding and knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and compliance.
- A proactive and innovative approach with strong problem-solving and project management skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build robust relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders.
- IT literate with experience of utilising CAFM systems.
- Flexible approach with willingness to travel to other school locations when required.
What the school offers its staff
The Lion Academy Trust is currently seeking to appoint a Trust Estates and Facilities Manager to join the Trust to oversee the Estate footprint to provide a safe and exceptional learning environment for all pupils and staff. The ideal candidate will have exceptional knowledge of estate and facilities management, strong stakeholder management with the ability to negotiate, and be proactive in managing a varied workload. Salary Details:£54,129 - £57,201
