This is a permanent position, based at Keystone Academy Trust Central Office, Westbourne Park, Bourne, Lincolnshire

At Keystone Academy Trust, our people are our greatest strength. We are seeking an ambitious and forward-thinking HR Manager to manage and develop our HR Administration and Payroll service. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful and supportive Multi Academy Trust at a time of continued growth and development. Working with Headteachers, school leaders and the central team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our schools have the people, systems and support they need to deliver outstanding education.

Working closely with the Chief Operations Manager, you will help shape our workforce strategy, drive continuous improvement, and ensure every colleague receives outstanding support throughout their employment journey. In return, you'll join a collaborative and values-led organisation where your expertise is recognised, your ideas are welcomed, and your work makes a genuine difference to the lives of both staff and pupils.

You will be permanently based at our central office in Bourne . There will be opportunities to work at any of our 7 trust primary academies, as you support Heads and Senior Leaders in a range of HR-related services. Mileage will be paid at the current HMRC rate for journeys to a non-permanent place of work. When necessary, and to meet work demands, working from home will be possible.

As HR Manager, you will have responsibility for HR administration, payroll, pensions, safeguarding compliance and workforce recruitment. No two days are the same! From supporting leaders with recruitment, employee relations and organisational change, to overseeing payroll, pensions and statutory processes, you will provide a service that makes a genuine difference across our schools.

You will join a collaborative and highly experienced central team committed to delivering exceptional services to our schools. We value innovation, professionalism and continuous improvement, and we are looking for someone who enjoys building positive relationships, solving problems and helping others succeed.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to strategic workforce decisions and help shape a positive workplace culture where staff feel valued, supported and empowered to thrive. If you are passionate about people, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and want to make a meaningful contribution to the lives of both staff and pupils, we would love to hear from you.

Why Join Us?
  • Be part of a welcoming and supportive central team.
  • Work across a diverse family of schools, making a visible impact.
  • Enjoy a varied role combining management and operational responsibilities.
  • Opportunity to develop and influence trust-wide HR practices.
  • Help create an environment where great staff can deliver great outcomes for children and young people.
