What skills and experience we're looking for

The successful HR Systems Officer (HRIS Analyst) should have:

  • GCSE A*-C in Mathematics, English and hold a qualification at A level or equivalent.
  • Experience in a similar role and HR Systems.
  • Recent and relevant experience in the use of spreadsheets and/or data manipulation.

The successful HR Systems Officer (HRIS Analyst)will:

  • Lead on development, use of and continued implementation of the HR System (CIPHR)
  • Work as part of the team to support operational aspects of the Service
