We are looking for a dedicated individual who can:
Lead and drive the ethos and culture of the Academy
Can successfully teach all aspects of KS3/4 DT
Is an inspirational leader and role model to colleagues and students
Is someone with high expectations for all and who is able to encourage and enthuse students to achieve their full potential
You will be:
A highly motivated and committed leader who will lead the DT Department at BYA and who will work collaboratively with other DT subject leads across the Trust
A colleague who is looking to further develop their career withing a supportive team
A team-player who can develop positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
Someone who will support the Trust’s Christian ethos as well as our shared mission and values
