Trust Operations Manager
Bucks Pay 7-8 depending on experience
Equivalent to 3 days a week (working pattern negotiable) 52 weeks.

We’re on the hunt for a pro-active and self-motivated Trust Operations Manager to spearhead the operational aspects of our trust. What you'll do
Lead & Manage - Oversee estates management and contracts across our Trust, providing exceptional operational support to our schools
Make a Difference - Help deliver long-term strategies including sustainability and accessibility planning
Innovate - Bring fresh ideas, identify opportunities, and implement solutions that add real value to our pupils and staff
Hybrid Role - Enjoy a flexible working pattern with a balance of home working and time spent in our schools collaborating with colleagues on-site.
