Initially, the role will focus on Bamford Academy as part of a wider improvement strategy, with the opportunity to contribute to wider Trust priorities and support other primary schools as our Trust continues to grow.
This is a unique opportunity to use your expertise to coach, support and develop school leaders, providing additional capacity and practical school improvement expertise where it is needed most. We're looking for someone who:
- has successful senior leadership experience within the primary phase;
- has a strong track record of improving teaching, learning and assessment;
- is an excellent coach and mentor who can build credibility and positive relationships quickly;
- can use evidence and data to identify priorities and evaluate impact; and
- shares our commitment to improving outcomes for every child.
Altus Education Partnership is a growing Multi-Academy Trust with a strong reputation for educational excellence across Rochdale. We are committed to collaboration, developing people and creating schools where both staff and pupils thrive.
If you are looking for an opportunity to make a lasting difference by working alongside school leaders to build capacity and secure sustainable improvement, we would love to hear from you.
We offer:
- Teachers' Pension Scheme
- Employee Assistance Programme
- Cycle to Work Scheme
- A collaborative and supportive Trust committed to professional development
