What skills and experience we're looking for

· Excellent communication skills – verbal and written

· Excellent organisation skills

· Ability to build positive working relationships at all levels

· Ability to challenge appropriately and hold leaders accountable

· Ability to analyse safeguarding data and identify trends

· Ability to prioritise and risk-manage effectively at all times

· High level of accuracy and precision with text and data.

· Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.

· Highly proficient in CPOM’s Able to work flexibly including regular travel across the Trust, according to the needs of the service
