What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint a flexible, enthusiastic and energetic Trust Site Officer to support our existing Site Teams across the HIVE Family of Schools. This is a vital role ensuring the smooth running and safety of our school sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Opening and closing of school premises
- Ensuring site security
- Portering and general maintenance
- Cleaning duties
- Assisting staff with site-related issues
- Covering unplanned absences and providing support during busy periods
- Occasional lettings cover
About You:
- Flexible and reliable with excellent time management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to follow direction and adhere to Health & Safety procedures
- Physically fit due to the nature of the role
- Skilled in general maintenance, caretaking and DIY
- A proactive “can-do” attitude
Location:
You will be primarily based at Moulsham Infant/Junior School. You may be required to work across any of our Trust schools to cover staff absence or to assist with project tasks. The schools in our Trust are:
- Moulsham Infant School
- Moulsham Junior School
- Writtle Infant School
- Writtle Junior School
This list may expand based on any future growth within our Trust.
