Trust Wide Lead - Maths job summary

The Trust Wide Lead will be responsible for the strategic development of all aspects of Mathematics learning and attainment across up to four academies across the Trust. The Trust Wide Lead will work closely with the current leaders of mathematics at each site to coach, develop and support them in creating an outstanding mathematics reputation for Archway Learning Trust.
The Trust Wide Lead has a duty to promote high quality in all aspects of the work of the team by maintaining high standards of achievement and ensuring that all students fulfil their potential through effective teaching and learning, and high expectations.
There is currently a network of around fifty mathematics teachers across the Trust. It is anticipated that this will soon grow to about one hundred. The Trust Wide Lead is responsible for organising the content and delivery of joint professional development once every half term for the network of teachers.
