Far Forest Lea Memorial CE Primary Academy is seeking a passionate and aspiring educator to join our team as an Unqualified Teacher Apprentice. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on classroom experience while working towards a formal teaching qualification.
Key Responsibilities
- Classroom Support: Work under the guidance of experienced mentors to plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that support pupil progress.
- Nurturing Excellence: Embody our Christian vision by treating every child with love, compassion, and respect.
- Pupil Welfare: Work closely with the DSL and SENCO to ensure a safe, inclusive environment for all learners.
- Professional Development: Actively participate in Trust-wide collaboration and nationally accredited training programs.
- Assessment & Data: Use pupil data to track progress and help set ambitious learning targets.
