We’re looking for an enthusiastic and talented Acting and Drama practitioner to deliver inspiring teaching across our full-time Performing Arts programmes, including A Level Drama and Theatre Studies and UAL Level 3 Acting and Musical Theatre qualifications.
You’ll bring your subject expertise to life through engaging practical and theoretical sessions, helping students develop their performance skills, creativity, rehearsal discipline and reflective practice. From exploring dramatic texts and influential practitioners to devising original work and evaluating live theatre, you’ll deliver a varied and stimulating curriculum that challenges students to experiment, collaborate and excel. You’ll also have opportunities to get involved in productions, showcases, auditions, trips, recruitment events and the wider enrichment activities that make Performing Arts such an exciting area to work in.
We’d love to hear from practitioners with experience of teaching or facilitating acting and performance in educational, community or professional settings, who are passionate about helping young people realise their potential. A teaching qualification is desirable, but it’s not essential – if you bring the right industry experience and enthusiasm, we’ll welcome your application and support you to work towards an appropriate Further Education teaching qualification.
Bring your creativity, share your experience and help our students take centre stage.
