About the role

This role is all about vision, drive and collaboration. You'll work closely with our Principal and wider leadership team to embed a culture of continuous improvement. You'll lead on key strategic area; whether that's curriculum development, behaviour and attitudes, teaching and learning, or staff development, and ensure every decision supports excellent outcomes for our students. You'll take the lead on day-to-day operations and step into the Principal's shoes when needed. This is your opportunity to shape a school that's on the rise.
