Vice Principal: Director of Alpha Teaching School Hub job summary
A unique opportunity has arisen to appoint a dynamic and innovative Vice Principal to lead the Alpha Teaching School Hub and be an active member of the Senior Leadership Team leading and managing the School with accompanying responsibilities and duties.
The post holder will be accountable for the strategic direction, leadership and management of the newly designated Alpha Teaching School Hub including establishing the Early Career Framework, National Professional Qualifications and outstanding ITT provision. They will lead, develop and enhance the CPD provision across the Hub area.

Colchester County High School for Girls is a selective girls’ grammar school and lead school for Alpha Trust. Colchester County High School for Girls is part of Alpha Trust.
