Vice Principal for Personal Development, Behaviour and Attitudes job summary

We seek to appoint a well-qualified, enthusiastic and forward-thinking Vice Principal who can support the Academy in providing an exceptional quality of education and personal development for all students and contribute to our thriving learning community. The role is a key position and the successful candidate will be responsible for behaviour and attitudes across the Academy. This will include overseeing the pastoral system in its entirety and the key elements that feed into it. They will also take the lead role in ensuring the behaviour policy and systems are effective and applied consistently across the Academy. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator capable of influencing people and representing the Academy. They will lead the strategic plans for behaviour and attitudes through contributing to the school improvement plan. In addition, they will have the capacity to play a significant role in leading the Academy through the next stages of its development. An enhanced DBS check is required for all successful applicants.
