Vice Principal - Quality of Education | The Ravensbourne School

Do you have what it takes to raise the bar for every student in your care? Do you have the drive, vision and relentless ambition to shape teaching, transform outcomes and inspire a whole school community? If so, joining Orion Education as a Vice Principal might just be the best career move you ever make.

The Ravensbourne School is a forward-thinking, ambitious and inclusive community where high expectations are non-negotiable and every young person is supported to excel. We are looking for an exceptional leader to take on one of the most influential roles in our school — Vice Principal with responsibility for Quality of Education.

The Role

This is a rare opportunity to operate at the very heart of school improvement. You will lead whole-school strategy for curriculum, teaching, assessment and outcomes — working side by side with the Principal and a driven senior leadership team to take the school to its next level. You will set the standard, challenge underperformance, champion great teaching and ensure that every student receives the education they deserve.

You Are Someone Who:

  • Has a strong track record of improving outcomes at senior leadership level
  • Brings deep expertise in curriculum design, assessment and data-driven decision making
  • Leads by example in the classroom and holds others to account with integrity
  • Builds trust, develops leaders and takes collective responsibility for results
  • Thrives in a high-expectations environment and thinks and acts strategically

We Offer:

  • A school with genuine moral purpose, clear values and real ambition
  • An experienced, supportive Principal and senior leadership team
  • The chance to shape whole-school strategy and lead meaningful, lasting change
  • A vibrant community of committed staff, students and families
  • Outstanding CPD, leadership development and career progression across Orion Education

If you are a leader who believes every child deserves the very best — and you have the expertise, energy and courage to make it happen — Apply Now!
