We are searching for an experienced, inspiring leader to further develop the success of our large 3 form entry Infant and Junior schools. Our school community is friendly, inclusive and has a strong safeguarding culture. If you have a passion and commitment for ensuring children have the best teaching and learning opportunities, through a broad and enriching curriculum, this could be the role for you!We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, resilient, creative and inspiring Vice Principal to join our school to continue our dedicated work. The successful candidate would need to be someone who has the ability to lead a rich and engaging KS1 and KS2 curriculum, embed strong teaching and learning expectations and ensuring outcomes for all - where all children are nurtured to become active learners who are curious about the world around them and are ready for the next stage in their lives.

We would like a Vice Principal who:

Is an experienced, outstanding KS1 & KS2 leader with a proven track record in supporting teaching and learning including high aspirations for disadvantaged children.
Has high expectations of themselves, staff and pupils, to drive standards forward.
Is passionate about meeting the needs of all children through strong inclusion. Will lead the development and implementation of our Pupil Premium Strategy across our schools.
Has strong interpersonal and communication skills when dealing with all stakeholders.
Values working in teams and partnerships.
Is skilled in fostering teachers skills including new to career.
Is reflective, resilient, ambitious and keen to develop professional expertise.
Can actively engage with all aspects of school life, parents and the wider community.
A leader wishing to work in an organisation with strong ethical values and will work with us to ensure that the Elliot Foundation Values are embedded.

We are a 3 form entry Junior School, federated with Nene Infant School, sponsored by The Elliot Foundation Academies Trust. Ramnoth has undergone an extension program, with 12 new classrooms and a separate dining hall. This base now houses our Y1 to Y6 children.

Our Nene base provides education for our youngest children. We have 3 Reception classes and a Nursery (Little Owls) which is open 8.00am-6.00pm, 48 weeks per year.
