Welfare Coordinator job summary
The Welfare Coordinator supports the effective operation of the trust and works to uphold and promote its vision and values.
Under the line management of the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL), the Welfare Coordinator is required to support the effective delivery of Early Help for students and families across all Year Groups.
The Welfare Coordinator will also support the Safeguarding Team and the Attendance Team in supporting the attendance of High-Risk Students at college. The role requires accurate record keeping and communications with stakeholders at all levels, which is both timely and effective.
