What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for:

  • An inspirational, caring practitioner who operates with integrity, warmth and a sense of humour

  • An effective communicator, influencer and negotiator who can work effectively with students, colleagues, parents/carers as well as external agencies

  • Someone who is able to be resourceful and think creatively in order to problem solve

  • Experience of working in a similar role within a school setting

  • A proven track record of supporting students to overcome barriers to learning

  • A highly motivated and hard-working person with the capacity to contribute to the ongoing development of the school as well as to develop and grow in their role

  • Someone who will support the Christian ethos of the school
