What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for:
An inspirational, caring practitioner who operates with integrity, warmth and a sense of humour
An effective communicator, influencer and negotiator who can work effectively with students, colleagues, parents/carers as well as external agencies
Someone who is able to be resourceful and think creatively in order to problem solve
Experience of working in a similar role within a school setting
A proven track record of supporting students to overcome barriers to learning
A highly motivated and hard-working person with the capacity to contribute to the ongoing development of the school as well as to develop and grow in their role
Someone who will support the Christian ethos of the school
