Wellbeing Lead job summary

The role in a nutshell

You will play a special role to create change in the life of the children you support. As Wellbeing Lead, you will not only support the academy in the further strategic development of the wellbeing hub to help children overcome learning and developmental challenges but also make a significant contribution to the quality of education which our pupils receive.



The candidate

The ideal candidate will have or can demonstrate a commitment to undertake professional development. You will need:

  • Level 3 Certificate and Diploma in Supporting Teaching and Learning
  • Level 3 NVQ Supporting Teaching and Learning (STL)
  • Level 3 NVQ Childcare Learning and Development (CCLD)
  • Level 3 CACHE Diploma in Childcare and Education
  • Open University Certificate in Early Years Practice
  • Relevant Foundation Degree (relating to childcare and education)
  • QTS
