- Work collaboratively with curriculum teams to embed employer engagement and industry experiences within the Construction and Engineering curriculum.
- Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve the effectiveness of work experience and employer engagement activities.
- Promote industry collaboration through projects, guest speakers, careers events, mentoring opportunities, and other employer-led initiatives.

You will bring:
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
- The ability to build effective partnerships with a wide range of employers and external stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A commitment to delivering positive outcomes and meaningful experiences for students.
- Experience in employer engagement, work experience coordination, recruitment, business development, education, or a related field would be advantageous.
Most importantly, you will be motivated by making a positive difference and enjoy creating opportunities that connect students with employers and future career pathways.
Why Join Us?
At New City College, you will be part of a forward-thinking and ambitious organisation dedicated to transforming lives through education.
