Workforce Co-ordinator job summary
The Workforce Co-ordinator is a key operational role at Riverside Bridge School, helping to ensure that the school is effectively staffed and organised each day. You will take responsibility for coordinating daily staff cover and workforce deployment, responding to absences and changing operational needs from the start of the school day.
You will work closely with supply agencies, oversee agency staff arrangements and compliance, and help ensure that appropriate safeguarding and safer recruitment checks are completed before staff are deployed. The role also includes supporting recruitment processes from advertising and interview coordination through to pre-employment checks, induction and onboarding.
Working alongside senior leaders and colleagues across the school, you will be an important point of contact for staffing, recruitment and workforce matters. This is a busy and varied role suited to someone who is highly organised, proactive, professional and solution-focused, with the confidence to manage competing priorities and remain calm when circumstances change quickly.
