Wrap Around Care Leader job summary

We are seeking a proactive Wraparound Care Leader to oversee our Breakfast Club and After-School Club. You will plan and deliver a varied programme of play-based activities, create a safe and welcoming environment, and ensure the smooth running of daily provision. Leading a small team, you will model high standards of care, support positive behaviour, and maintain strong safeguarding and health and safety practices. Responsibilities include supervising children, preparing snacks safely, organising resources, and responding appropriately to first aid or incidents. This role is key to providing high-quality wraparound care for our pupils and families in line with our school’s ethos and values.

Level 3, Paediatric First aid and Level 1 safeguarding are a requirement. Training can be provided for suitable candidates
