We are seeking an enthusiastic, organised and caring Wraparound Care Supervisor to lead our successful Breakfast Club and After School Club provision.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and can confidently manage a team to provide a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment for pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.

As Wraparound Care Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of both clubs, ensuring high-quality care, engaging activities and excellent standards of safeguarding, health and safety. You will manage staffing arrangements, organise resources, communicate effectively with parents and school staff, and help create a fun and inclusive environment where children can thrive.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the daily operation of Breakfast Club and After School Club.
• Managing staffing levels and arranging cover for staff absences.
• Planning and overseeing engaging play, enrichment and recreational activities.
• Supporting positive behaviour and pupil wellbeing.
• Managing food ordering and monitoring club resources.
• Ensuring safeguarding, health and safety, and school policies are consistently followed.
• Building positive relationships with pupils, families and staff.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

• Has experience working with children in a school, childcare or play setting.
• Has strong organisational and supervisory skills.
• Can lead, motivate and support a team effectively.
• Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Is enthusiastic, flexible and able to think creatively.
• Holds, or is willing to undertake, relevant training including First Aid and Safeguarding.
