Wraparound Care Supervisor – Sunnyside Primary Academy

We are looking for a Wraparound Care Supervisor to join our team here at Sunnyside Primary Academy!

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a committed and enthusiastic individual to lead our Breakfast and After School Club provision. As Wraparound Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and organising activities for pupils before and after school, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and welcoming environment. You will manage resources, promote positive behaviour, and support the wider Academy ethos through strong communication with families and staff.

We welcome applications from individuals seeking either part-time or extended hours. For candidates interested, this role may be linked with our Senior Midday Supervisor position, allowing for a wider leadership role across the lunchtime and wraparound care provision.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervising pupils attending Breakfast Club and After School Club.
  • Organising and leading age-appropriate games and activities.
  • Encouraging and promoting good behaviour, positive attitudes, and social interaction.
  • Ensuring the area is left clean and tidy, and all equipment is stored securely.
  • Managing and maintaining resources and equipment.
  • Maintaining a professional manner at all times, ensuring confidentiality and safeguarding requirements are met.
  • Communicating effectively with parents and colleagues.
  • Undertaking any other duties of a similar level and responsibility as may be required.
