Our Lady and All Saints Catholic Multi Academy Company (“the MAC”) was formed in April 2021 and currently comprises of 12 Catholic Primary Schools and 2 Catholic Secondary Schools across the Birmingham, Solihull, and Warwickshire areas.

One form entry school based in Warwickshire.

The successful candidate will

Supervision and Safety: Ensure children are supervised at all times, maintaining a safe environment in line with safeguarding protocols and health and safety regulations.

Play Facilitation: Organize and lead a variety of age-appropriate play activities, including arts and crafts, sports, and games, to promote social interaction, creativity, and physical development.

Child Development Support: Observe and support children's individual developmental needs, providing guidance and encouragement to foster confidence and independence.

Communication: Maintain open communication with parents, carers, and school staff to share information about children's progress and any concerns.

Administrative Duties: Assist with record-keeping, attendance logs, and other administrative tasks as required.

Health and Well-being: Provide snacks and refreshments in line with healthy eating policies, and administer first aid when necessary.
