About The Role:
Are you passionate about working with children and making a positive impact in their lives? We are seeking a friendly, dedicated and reliable Wraparound Practitioner to join our thriving school to create a fun, safe and engaging environment for children after school hours.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise and engage with children in a variety of after-school activities, including arts and crafts; sports; games; etc.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents and staff.
We are looking for:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, enthusiastic and patient attitude.
- Ability to work well independently, as well as part of a team.
- An understanding of child development and best practices in safety and behaviour management.
- A commitment to providing a fun, safe and inclusive environment for all children.
- Someone who would like to make a difference in children’s lives and their community.
