What skills and experience we're looking for

We require our Teachers:

  • to be reflective, responsive and exemplary in the classroom
  • able to organise and deliver high quality learning across the range of needs in the class
  • Work in partnership with the team of teachers and support assistants
  • Demonstrate the ability to read the learning and react appropriately
  • have proven outstanding experience
  • holds a positive outlook and great sense of humour to support others
  • someone who is able to develop learning on a daily basis to meet the needs of pupils
