The successful candidate will:

• Have consistently high expectations for pupils’ achievement, progress, and behaviour

• Be an excellent teacher with experience working within KS1

• Lead by example, inspiring and motivating both children and colleagues

• Demonstrate a strong commitment to supporting and developing the learning of SEND pupils

• Work collaboratively with the Principal and Academy Leaders to embed and promote the school’s vision

• Bring innovation and creativity to teaching, learning, and the development of high‑quality provision

• Have a genuine interest in and understanding of the importance of play‑based learning
