You will be:

  • An experienced teacher ideally with mixed age teaching experience.
  • Willing to take on a subject leadership responsibility
  • A reflective learner yourself, who is keen to develop teaching and learning to provide the best education for our children.
  • Keen to develop your experience and skills.
  • A good team player.

Cowbit St Mary’s Church of England Primary School is a small, inclusive school on the outskirts of Spalding. We pride ourselves on our Christian values as well as our friendly, welcoming staff and pupils.

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, experienced Teacher for our Year 2/3 class to join our wonderful school. We are committed to making a real difference to the lives of our young people and are committed to supporting all children with high quality teaching and learning. To be able to achieve this, we need to have a team of dedicated and caring individuals, who will contribute to our small, family Christian ethos.

We are seeking to appoint an ambitious and enthusiastic Teacher who will work alongside and support the professional work of our teachers in delivering a high standard of education. Candidates should be experienced and have a commitment to raising attainment across the school to ensure that all pupils succeed.
