What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking to appoint a dynamic and enthusiastic Key Stage 2 Team Leader to lead a team of 4 classes in our busy and thriving school. This role is perfect for aspiring Deputy Heads/Headteachers, equipping them with the skills and understanding of school leadership.

We require our Team Leaders:

• to be exemplary in the classroom
• able to organise and monitor the learning of up to 120 pupils with the support of an established SLT
• have the ability to review quality of teaching, learning and assessment
• are able to deploy support staff
• will be a member of the SLT contributing to the strategic leadership of the school
• are able to communicate well with a wide range of audiences
• have proven KS2 experience
• is able to develop our positive team spirit in an ever-changing landscape
