We are looking to recruit a pastoral support mentor for Year 9 students. You will be supporting students with welfare and behaviour as well as supporting teachers, tutors and staff in setting high expectations for students.
The successful candidate will be joining the school at a time of exciting change and will play a key role in maintaining and developing the outstanding nature of our care, guidance and support for students.
We are looking for candidates who have good organisational skills and an ability to empathise with young people and communicate effectively with students and staff in a calm and effective manner. Previous experience of working in an educational setting would be an advantage.
