Year Leader job summary

We are seeking a committed and compassionate Year Leader to join our dedicated team at The Birley Academy. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people by providing support that helps them thrive both academically and personally.

 

As a Year Leader you will play a key role in supporting the wellbeing, engagement, and progress of students. Working closely with pastoral teams, teaching staff, and external agencies, you will help to remove barriers to learning and ensure that every student has the opportunity to succeed.
