Be a support. Be a guide. Be a mentor. Join Abbeyfield School and become the trusted adult who helps young people overcome challenges, build confidence, and believe in their potential. Every conversation, every connection, and every act of encouragement could help shape a brighter future.

About You:

This is more than a job, it's a chance to be the person who helps change a young person's story. You'll work collaboratively to identify barriers to learning, connect students with the right support and create opportunities that enable them to thrive both in school and beyond. Every conversation, every breakthrough and every success will be an opportunity to make a genuine and lasting impact on a young person's future.

Our Ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong communication and literacy skills:with English and Maths qualifications at GCSE Grade 3 (or equivalent) or above.
  • Youth support:experience supporting children or young people
