Everychild Partnership has an exciting opportunity for a Director of Education/Deputy CEO role, due to the retirement of the existing postholder. We are seeking to appoint an experienced senior leader with a determination to drive educational improvement, ensuring every child is provided with a high quality, inclusive education, and prepared for
opportunities and challenges in life. The successful candidate will build on the positive foundations that already exist in our Trust. The post-holder will inspire and bring out the best in staff, be resourceful, have resilience and drive, with a proven track-record of delivering strong educational improvements and outcomes.
We are at a point in our evolution where we have formulated our school improvement strategy, designed school improvement systems and cycles across the Trust and we are now looking for a new Director of Education/Deputy CEO to embed and evaluate the effectiveness, and start developing this into the next phase of our exciting journey.
