About Trinity Church of England School, Belvedere

Trinity CofE School is an inclusive and caring environment, in which pupils and staff work collaboratively to provide the highest standards of education. Staff ‘have high expectations of all pupils’ and ‘pupils know that teachers are passionate about their subjects’. We provide a broad and challenging curriculum for all of our learners, complimented by a wider curriculum that serves to support their personal development, opening their eyes to a panoramic view of the world in which they live.

We provide excellent training and an induction support programme for new staff and ECTs, as well as the highest quality professional development through the extensive use of professional networks across the Trust. This is a school with a harmonious working environment and supportive colleagues, which has a very strong, shared Christian ethos.

The wellbeing of all members of the school community remains a central focus at Trinity, with leaders, including Governors and trustees, having a ‘routine focus on staff well-being’.
