What skills and experience we're looking for

Experience in a Primary setting, in particular with Years 1 to 4

Ability to work well as part of a small, dedicated team

A degree of flexibility around days and times worked would be an advantage

Desire to contribute to the wider life of the school

Some subject leadership experience would be an advantage
