What skills and experience we're looking for

The successful candidate will need to:

- Have experience of working with primary aged children especially those with SEND.

- Have knowledge of trauma-based approaches and strategies to support learning in the classroom.

- Have a good level of Numeracy and Literacy.

-Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.

-Have high expectations, enabling and inspiring children to achieve their full potential.

-Support the Christian vision and values of the school.
