What skills and experience we're looking for
An exciting opportunity has arisen for two inspirational teachers to join our KS2 team at GCMS in September 2026. We are looking teachers who are enthusiastic and inspiring educators with a focus on contributing towards our inclusive and ambitious curriculum offer.
These are fixed term posts for 1 year, with a view to being made permanent for the right candidates.
You must be:
- inclusive, flexible and able to meet the needs of all learners
- able to demonstrate a range of engaging teaching strategies to promote aspirational outcomes for all
- able to work effectively in partnership, as a member of our dynamic staff team and be an integral part of our school family
- promote excellent behaviour by establishing respectful relationships and enabling a positive approach to learning
- The successful candidate will work within a supportive environment, positively contributing to raising standards of attainment and achievement for all pupils. Excellent provision in personal development is key to achieving our vision and ensuring that every child is equipped for success in school and beyond.
