Are you looking for an admin role in an education setting?
We are recruiting an experiencedAdministrative Assistant / Receptionistto join our friendly admin team. The successful candidate will bea dynamic and diligent candidate providing a high standard of administrative support and will assist the Office Manager in ensuring efficiency within the School Office.You will be a proactive team player who will undertake general office duties including filing, parent communications, photocopying and scanning
Our Administrative Assistant / Receptionist will;
- Be the first point of contact for parents and visitors.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills.
- Have agood knowledge of ICT.
- Maintain information systems, databases and other associated records.
This role is offered on a Term Time basis, working 10.00 am to 2.00pm Monday to Friday.
