Admin Assistant SEN job summary

A rewarding opportunity has arisen for a proactive, organised and highly professional SEND Administrator to support the effective delivery of SEND provision across our school.

Are you passionate about making a difference to the lives of young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities? We are looking for a dedicated and efficient SEND Administrator to provide high-quality administrative support to our SEND Department, working closely with the SENCOs, students, families and external agencies. In this varied role, you will play a key part in coordinating SEND processes, managing EHCP administration, supporting Key Stage 2 to Key Stage 3 transition arrangements, monitoring SEND data and resources, and ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders. You will also provide direct support to students where appropriate, helping to ensure they receive the provision and opportunities they need to thrive both academically and personally. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is committed to inclusion, has strong organisational skills and is passionate about supporting positive outcomes for young people.
