Admin Officer job summary
The New Forest C of E Primary School is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Admin Officer to join our administration team based at our KS1 site in Landford.

This is a vital role within our school community, and we are looking for someone with the personal qualities, professionalism and resilience needed to thrive in a busy school environment. The successful candidate will be confident, intuitive and able to respond positively to the varied demands that school life can bring.
Our new Admin Officer will be kind, calm and caring, reflecting our commitment to Kindness, Fairness and Hope. They will be trustworthy, highly organised and proactive, demonstrating initiative and a strong commitment to supporting pupils, families and staff.
The role involves a wide range of administrative responsibilities, including answering telephone calls, managing pupil attendance and registers, processing orders, handling correspondence, and providing administrative support to the Headteacher and wider staff team.
We are looking for someone who is polite, flexible and willing to go the extra mile to ensure the smooth and effective running of the school office. The successful candidate will be an excellent team player who contributes positively to our school community and embraces our vision of learning together through friendship and faith.
The school office is a busy and rewarding working environment, and our new Admin Officer will need to demonstrate resilience, determination and a positive attitude in order to succeed. They will model our values in their daily interactions, showing kindness to all, fairness in their approach and hope for every child's success.
Although the post is based at our Landford site, the successful candidate must be willing to work across either school site when required.
